to-ya - Ji-Hye, Eun-Joo and Jin-Kyung - was a Korean girl trio in the early '00s. They originally started off on a reality show in Japan (one member was fluent because her father was a democrat of some sort). The three were followed as they readied for their debut. Their first and only Japanese single flopped, but this gave them a chance to try again in Korea. Their song "Bwa" (Look) was pretty popular. Nonetheless, to-ya dissolved. Jin-Kyung is now a member of the (dreadful) sequel group to Baby V.O.X. "are you...?" might have been a failure, but it's a catchy one. Typical feminine pop with some R&B sway.
