WINK was a very popular Japanese female duo from the '80s and to a lesser extent, in the '90s as well. "Samishii Nettaigyo" is one of their big hits. It borrows heavily from western '80s sound by involving some serious synthesizing. It's hard to deny how catchy this song is.
