I'm not a fan of Thalía or Mexican music in general, but I am guilty of those crossovers. It seems that many of Thalía's old fans were disappointed with her English debut (her first single was the top thirty hit featuring Fat Joe, "I Want You"). As with CoCo Lee and Shakira's stateside christenings, the American label just didn't know what to do with Thalía style wise. The answer they came up with? Pop that's better off for someone half her age. "Don't Look Back" was the third single from her self-titled. It's a Kylie Minogue-esque dance number that won't rock anyone's boots for originality, but it's pretty.
